This project is a 1st Avenue building in downtown Birmingham, Alabama planned to be renovated as loft spaces with retail below. The project scope will involve a complete interior renovation of close to 42,000 sq ft. The exterior will be restored to maintain the historical significance of the era in which they were erected. This project will be an estimated 2.8 million investment and once completed it will encompass retail spaces below with loft spaces on the second and third floors as well as a roof top terrace.
