The new 125,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art Science Building at Alabama A&M University represents a transformative investment in the advancement of STEM education, research, and innovation on “The Hill.” Designed by Nola | Van Peursem Architects, the facility will house classrooms and laboratories for the Physics, Biology, and Chemistry Departments, providing students and faculty with modern, technology-enabled spaces for teaching, learning, and research.

The building is designed to support the University’s expanding Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs, and will significantly enhance both academic instruction and scientific discovery. With flexible lab layouts, collaborative learning zones, and energy-efficient systems, this new facility embodies Alabama A&M’s commitment to preparing the next generation of scientists, innovators, and educators.

Division 12 Consulting has been awarded the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package for this landmark project. In partnership with the University and design team, Division 12 will deliver a comprehensive turnkey solution encompassing space planning, design coordination, procurement, logistics, and installation.
