Scope of Work

The renovation encompasses a comprehensive interior and exterior update, including new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with improved accessibility, safety, and sustainability features. Interior renovations feature modern finishes, new flooring, energy-efficient lighting, upgraded restrooms, and reconfigured common areas to encourage collaboration and student engagement.
